Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NAVORA. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Agreement to terms
- These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NAVORA, operated by Spectrum Group Indonesia ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.
Description of service
- NAVORA provides a structured workspace for preparing Specific Operations Risk Assessment (SORA) workflows, organizing supporting evidence, and assembling review packages.
- The Service assists with documentation and workflow management. It does not replace the decisions of competent aviation authorities and does not guarantee regulatory approval of any operation.
Account registration and security
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Organization workspaces
- Organizations may invite members and assign roles with scoped permissions. Organization administrators are responsible for managing membership and for the actions of members within their workspace.
- Roles and permissions apply only within the capabilities the Service provides.
Customer content
- You retain ownership of the project data, documents, and other materials you submit ("Customer Content").
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
- You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Customer Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.
Acceptable use
- You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes: violating applicable laws or regulations; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; interfering with or disrupting the Service; infringing intellectual property rights; uploading content you are not authorized to share; and using the Service to build a competing product.
- We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access for prohibited conduct.
Payment terms
- Certain features require activation of a project for a one-time fee as displayed on the pricing page. Fees are charged per project activation.
- Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with advance notice; changes do not apply to projects already activated.
Intellectual property
- The Service, including its software, design, text, and documentation, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service subject to these Terms. Except for this limited right, no other rights are granted.
Disclaimers
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT CONSTITUTES REGULATORY APPROVAL.
Limitation of liability
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, or unlawful use.
- Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive termination.
Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in Indonesia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date.
- Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
